King beds are made up of two twins side by side, so it’s possible to pair one of each type to make a king,
allowing couples with different bedding needs to stay together.

- Can I sleep next to my partner even if they don’t need a Hi-Low bed? Yes, you can choose a mix of any two models that Flexabed offers (Value, Premier, or Hi-Low) in a dual king configuration.
- Can I change the height of these beds? The base can be raised and lowered vertically with a touch of a button, going as low as 16.5” with mattress! You can also customize the height of your bed with leg extensions available in sizes ranging from 2” to 7” in one-inch increments.
- Are these beds beneficial in assisted living environments? Flexabeds are ideal for those in home healthcare or assisted living communities.
- Do these mattresses have warranties? Yes, all our comfortable mattress options come with a lifetime limited warranty.
- How loud are the motors in your beds? Not loud at all, we are proud of our whisper-quiet motors.
- What are Flexabed mattresses made from? Mattresses can be made in low profile, gel-infused memory foam, memory foam, latex or combination innerspring/memory foam.
- Are side rails mandatory on these beds? Side rails are an optional purchase.
- Can I choose the firmness of my mattress? Our traditional innerspring mattresses are available in soft, medium or firm mattress construction to best suit your needs. Visco Combo, Gel Core, Visco Core and Latex mattresses are only available in one firmness.
- Can I use my current headboard and bedframe with the HiLow Model? Headboards and bed frames cannot be directly attached to our Hi-Low bed.However, many of our customers attach headboards directly to the wall behind the bed for decorative purposes as long as the headboard does not impede free movement of the bed. Footboards cannot be used with the Hi-Low bed.
